A. Services Provided

S&E Tax Solutions provides professional tax preparation training programs through the S&E Tax Academy, cloud-based B2B professional tax software licensing, and independent tax business mentorship. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or course access at our discretion due to violations of user agreements.


B. Mobile Messaging Program Terms & Conditions (SMS/MMS)

By explicitly opting into our mobile messaging program through our website forms (by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box) or by initiating a text conversation with our business line, you agree to the following provisions:

  • Program Description: S&E Tax Solutions utilizes text messaging to communicate with opted-in prospective students, active academy students, and professional software subscribers.   • How to Opt-Out / Cancel: You can cancel and completely revoke your SMS consent at any time. To stop receiving text messages from S&E Tax Solutions, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also use the keywords QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Upon texting STOP, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our system. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.
  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and wireless infrastructure providers) are independent entities. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered text messages.


C. User Conduct and Software Use

Any unauthorized redistribution of software activation keys, piracy of S&E Tax Academy educational video curriculum, or attempts to reverse-engineer our digital platforms will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

S&E Tax Solutions, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our training courses, software usage, or inability to access our online services.
